The "Link to external Data" does not work. One is able to select the text file 
you want to import data from and choose the delimeters, but the "Available 
Tables and Ranges" block does not update so that one can select what to 
import. Thus, the "OK" button remains inactive and one cannot import the data. 
 
Clicking the "Update Every" option does not rectify the situation, thus I 
could not find a workaround.
