Description fnoeoe 2006-09-02 00:07:44 UTC
I made a document including drawing elements. I save and I close the document
and OOImpress too. When I reopen the document the drawing element isn't there
anymore. When I export or save in a different format the drawing elements are
also missing. When I normaly save and reopen the drawing elements are there
where they belong and also export and save as works.

Sorry, my fault. I have found the document and the shots under your URL.

The problem is that the lines are set to 100% transparency. If I set them to 0%,
save the file and reload everything is ok. Can you reproduce this? Thanks.

Okay, I have to reopen this issue again. The problem still exist. I found out
several new things.

If I load the file stored at http://rutronic.ch/impress/ it's true that it
show's the transparency set to 100%. But when I saved the file it was at 0%. So,
when I set the transparency to 0%, save, then close Impress and reopen the file,
I'm just at the same point where I started, that means the lines have 100%
transparency again.
So what I found out is, that the line thickness is set to 0.00 mm. If I change
this value to 0.05 it's workin. The transparency value is saved and restored
correctly.
I think that there is something wrong in the handling of the file when the line
thickness is 0.00. If it happens when the file is saved or opened is something I
don't know. But it's maybe possible by looking at the Ipress file with an editor.
