Popup menus always display on the primary monitor regardless of which screen
OpenOffice is running in.  OpenOffice works properly on the primary monitor, but
whenever any menu is clicked on the secondary monitor (regardless of whether
window is partially or totally on the second monitor and regardless of whether
the window is maximized or not) the popup menu appears on the extreme edge of
the primary monitor.

As mentioned on the qa dev list on March 5th I will close all resolved duplicate
issues. Please see this posting for details. First step in IssueZilla is
unfortunately to set them to verified.
