1.Creat a new Impress.
2.Typy some words and add any graphics bullet for them.
3.Click format/position and size,select label of rotation,change the rotation 
angle.Click OK button.
4.Click the blank area to show the effect.
We can see the graphics bullet can't follow the words to revolve。

At version 2.1,the graphics bullet also incorrectness:graphics bullet_1.PNG 
and graphics bullet_incorrect.PNG.
The correct status:graphics bullet_correct.PNG.
