There is a "Positions" tab in the Format/Charactor dialog which should also be
in the style dialog. It is not there and if you build a style of an object that
has a position settings there is no way to change it.

Reproduce:
1. Draw a line.
2. Select Format/Charactor
3. Set the Position to superscript
4. Type some text.
5. Open the Styles (F11) toolbar.
6. Drag the line into the toobar (long drag).
7. Enter a name for the new style.
8. Modify the new style.
9. Note that in the organizer tab that superscript is set.

At this point there is no way to turn that off.

We have such a Card in WRITER styles dialogue, so I believe it might be a good
idea to have this in DRAW, too.
