Setup for envelopes on HP4L looks good, but prints wrong. Useless as is.
100% Reproducable.

E.g. HP4L envelope supposed to print face-up left-side front, like the setup 
icon.
Envelope prints face-up RIGHT-SIDE BACK, with 1/4-1/2" of it past the edge of 
the paper.

As mentioned on the qa dev list on March 5th I will close all resolved duplicate
issues. Please see this posting for details. First step in IssueZilla is
