When having a presentation in "window"-mode, and doing typekeys, 
the keystrokes first becomes "active" after manually moving the mousepointer. 

See attached test-script.

Changed target. This _could_ be the same bug as i70754 (but since it 
seems a bit different, I choose to leave them as two separate ones)

set target to 2.3 as it does not seem possible to implement this until the 2.2
code freeze
