Revision 1.31 May 6 2002 of chart.mod 
<http://www.openoffice.org/source/browse/xml/xmloff/dtd/chart.mod> has an 
occurrence of:

	fo:direction (ltr|ttb) 

Adobe FrameMaker reports this as an error in the DTD.

I removed the fo:direction element in xmloff/dtd/chart.mod, because it
is already contained in style:properties. So it was defined twice
(identically, however).

The change made it into the m4 (build 8543), which will be base for
OOo 1.1 beta
