With multiple monitors installed, desktop size is calculated incorrectly.
I have 2 monitors connected with different resolutions: 1st (on the left) -
1280x1024, 2nd - 1024x768. Primary one is second.

Looks like, that OO framework gets global desktop size or size on 1st monitor,
not on current. Because (the problem:) context menus on statusbar are misaligned
(completely or partially invisible, because aligned down, not up) on second monitor.
