Using the rich text control in forms, the behavior of the tab-key should be
modified, if the rich text control has the focus.
Actually, a tab (CHR(9)) is inserted in the text of the field. This should be
done with STRG-TAB (like in a cell in a TextTable in writer).
Filling forms for the user would so be much easier, because he must not consider
which type of control he is actually working on.
