Description nmailhot 2006-06-02 10:30:51 UTC
When you create a text reference titles are not displayed as objects which can
be referenced by default (unlike in word). You have to tag them manually before
they can be referenced, which is a PITA and besides does not work very well

Reassigned to requirements.

To complete a bit:
1. Footnotes are first-class reference-able objects, titles not
2. Drag & Drop from the navigator can be used to create hyperlinks with static
names. So if you create an hyperlink to chapter 2.3.1 foo, its text will be
"2.3.1 foo", and stay this way even if the chapter is renumbered 3.3.1 later. Of
course you can manually remove the 2.3.1 on link creation but that reduces the
reference value in a print (paper) context
