Scenario:

User uses Firefox to navigate to OO document, and the Mozilla plugin is
activated. Firefox instantiates plugin, which displays the document in read-only
mode. So far, so good.

Now when the user selects "edit", starting the OO application, shouldn't that
one use the source URL (if that supports WebDAV)? Right now the information
about the source URL is gone, which seems to be sub-optimal for editing
documents online.
