Description lars 2002-07-08 14:14:15 UTC
see attached files. They are windows-bitmaps.

Reason: - the version number should correspond to whom version it is. It is
          Office 1.0
        - The same for Open indeed: it's an apen community or an open
          organisation if you want
        - it's alternating (easier to recognize for eye & brain; ya, well...)

Lars,

Thanks! I'm assigning this to Lee Corbin, who is our
volunteer "graphics Czar." If you have not already, you
may want to join the Marketing Mailing list, which is
where most of the Graphics volunteers hang out.

Hi Lars

Thank you for your design for tweaking the OpenOffice.org 1.0 logo.

I have closed this issue, but please do not be offended -- this is
just because in my personal opinion, it is not a good idea to change
the logo for the current version of OpenOffice.org after it has been
launched -- I have no objection to your revised design itself.

As Josh suggests (and if you haven't already), you are more than
welcome to join the marketing project where any changes in the logos
will be discussed before being implemented. If you disagree with my
decision on this issue, the marketing group is again the best place to
raise the subject!

Cheers,

Lee
