Suppose I have a presentation with exactly one slide S, using the default
master. Now I create a second master M2. Then I change the master of slide S to
M2. After that, the default master has vanished.

This automatic behaviour might be thought as a feature, but it can destroy hours
of design work! Please notice: When I want to discard a master, I will do this
*explicitly*.
