Please consider adding a second (simultaneous) print that allows all the
monochrome pages to be sent to one (cheaper monochrome) printer and the color
pages to be sent to a different (expensive color) printer. 
    The nicest would be for the user to designate the monochrome printer and the
color printer, then the application figures out which page goes where. 
    An alternative (perhaps easier to code) is to have the user manually
designate which pages go to what printer (e.g. pages 1-10,12 go to monochrome
printer, pages 11,13,15-20 go to color printer and pages 21-30 go to monochrome
printer, and so on.)
    Please don't forget duplexing either. This could make for complexity!
