Primary Monitor (0,0) - (1279, 959), secondary monitor (1280, 0) - (2079, 599)

When OO is on the secondary monitor, pull-down menus appear on the upper right
edge of the primary monitor

As mentioned on the qa dev list on March 5th I will close all resolved duplicate
issues. Please see this posting for details. First step in IssueZilla is
unfortunately to set them to verified.
