With the OpenOffice.org Quickstarter ruuning, the WinZip 8.0 installation
program will not complete.

If the Quickstarter is closed, the WinZip 8.0 installation will complete normally.

This error was found on a new install of Windows 98SE, with the installation
process as follows.

1.) OS Installed
2.) Various drivers installed. + Reboot
3.) Netscape 7PR1 installed
4.) Sun Java 1.3.1 installed.
5.) OpenOffice.org 1.0 installed.
6.) WinZip 8.0 install started.

Can't reproduce with OOo 1.0 and 1.0.1 and winzip 8.1.
