I had successfully replicate this bug in OOo 2.0 with Windows XP
Professional. However, this bug does not appear in OOo 1.1.0 with Linux. This
is probably because OOo 1.1.0 does not have that feature of "Color/Grayscale".

In addition, I tested both options "Color" and "Black and White" in the
menu "Color/Grayscale", and found the words "Click to exit presentation.." was
NOT missing. So, the bug only happens for the option "Grayscale" in the
menu "Color/Grayscale".
