When OpenOffice-org-Specification-Template.ott is (re)loaded sometimes a 
"ScriptProtocolHandler::createScriptProvider()" RuntimeException occurs.
Target OOo 2.0.2 as this template is important for StarOffice inhouse usage.

Used a template doc downloaded on 01/04/2006 from:
http://specs.openoffice.org/collaterals/template/OpenOffice-org-Specification-Template.ott
