Some my friends complain, that they forgot their passwords, and they cannot
reset or get  passwords by email.
Page do not show any error, but passwords are not sent.

This issue does not merit a P1 status.  P1 is reserved for things like the site is down.
It's also unclear to me that using IssuZilla is the best way to address this problem. I think emailing me 
might work, at least on a case-by-case basis. If there is a consistent and repeatable issue with getting new 
password email, then filing an issue makes sense.

For now, I'm marking this "invalid." Please reopen with priority 4 when you have specific instances of the 
process not working.
