Interaction Menu: Action at Mouse click: Only support for "on (press, 
release)" is currently supported using the drop down menu.  Requested feature 
is "on (press)."  So the action begins when the mouse button is depressed.

This feature is necessary for inviduals that use impress who have limited 
mobility and require an assistive single switch to controal presentations.
