The file name field (Insert -> Fields -> Other) doesn't show characters like #,
[, ] when included in the file name for the document. Instead the hex ASCII
vaule is displayed.
For example the file name for a document named "Text document#1.odt" is
displayed as "Text document%231.odt" in the file name field.
