1. I create an object in OOo 2 Impress
2. I copy it to the clipboard
3. I try to paste it into an OOo 1.1.4 Impress Presentation
OpenOffice Crashes
I tried it on two machines, one with WinXP, one with W2k

1.1.5 refuses to paste anything. Using paste special, it shows a list with 4
options. First option is empty (Drawing 8 in OOo 2), second is Drawing format
(doesn't do anything either), Third is GDI Metafile (works), fourth is Bitmap
(works, too).
Thus, it seems it doesn't crash with 1.1.5 any more

No the crash does not occur anymore, if is fixed. Did you try to copy and paste
one of the new smbol shapes?  When trying to copy and paste a simple rectangle
the drawing format option in the paste special dialog works as well.
The symbol shapes are a new feature of the OO2.0 version. With version 1.1.5 you
can load files containing such symbol shapes.
The crash does not occur in 1.1.5 anymore so I close this issue.
