Apache OpenOffice (AOO) Bugzilla – Issue 56975
Confusing ui strings about text attributes of a picture
Last modified: 2013-08-07 15:12:27 UTC
In Calc, I find a number of strings around the menu Format - Graphic - Define Text Attributes confusing. * Why refer to a picture as a "Graphic"? cf. the menu Insert - Picture. * I think the "Define" in "Define Text Attributes" is superfluous. * The title of the dialog box that the menu opens is "Text". You cannot use the dialog to change the text in the picture, just the attributes. So I think the title should be "Text Attributes". * The first tab in the dialog is also "Text". I suggest "Text Attributes" or "General".

Agreed if Point 3 is changed Frank please have a look at this Issue. Implementation could be find in component Draw. Frank
