Files stored in the temporary file directory should not appear in the list of recently opened files

Linux uses the /tmp directory for temporary files and all applications should use it. That also means that a file stored there shouldn't be expected to last for long. Hence, when OpenOffice opens a file from the /tmp directory, it shouldn't be remembered in the list of recently opened files.
