I'm using a dual screen system running WinXP Pro. When opening a 
OpenOffice.org application on any non-primary screen, the menus will still 
appear on the primary screen (i.e. outside the program window on a different 
screen).
When moving the application to the primary display, everything is working fine.
All OpenOffice.org applications are affected.
