OO crash when Slide Show contour text with numbering type.
1) Create new presentation document.
2) Insert some text in one line on slide.
3) Set numbering type(Format-->Bullets and Numbering-->Numbering type).
4) Select all text and Set style with contour(pop menu: Style-->Contour).
5) OK, OO crash when Slide Show(press F5).

Oversight: did not properly handle NULL dx array.
