stlport needs to be made with gcc-apple-macosx.mak instead of the normal gcc.mak for all other unices.

Patch corrects for this, allows stlport module to be build during bootstrap on Mac OS X/Darwn.

IZ #5569 includes these changes and a few others for stlport, 
allowing STLport 4.5 to build on MacOS X.

As mentioned on the qa dev list on March 5th I will close all resolved duplicate
issues. Please see this posting for details. First step in IssueZilla is
unfortunately to set them to verified.
