Go to online help, search index for "registering, databases," to find the
article titled "Registering and Deleting a Database."

The article reads "OpenOffice.org Database," but if you follow the instructions,
you will notice the text in the Options dialog does not match the description in
help.  The program has "Base" and the manual "Database."

Using OOo 1.9.122.
