OOo crashes if Impress is embedded into other OLE containers and tabs are clicked.

cd: Root cause found. OLE server feature needs to reparent all toolbars and
therefore we invalidate the association in our task pane list. This is
responsible to be able to travel through all docking/floating  windows. As we
don't remove the old association, we later access a dead window ptr. Currently
we think about an automatic remove/add festure in the reparent function of VCL.
Other possible solution would need much more effort.

cd: Fixed. Automatic remove/add from/to correct task pane list in the reparent
function of VCL fixes our problem. There is still the bug in the framework code
that we don't use the correct parent in all situations.
