I've just installed openoffice a couple of hours ago (on my WindowsME portable) and I'm presently test driving. It looks good. 
Very good. But, ....

Question: What is with the DOS-mangled filename?

This is a duplicate to issue #3930

An interesting question would be how the file has been opened. By
double-clicking in the explorer, or by using the file dialog in OOo?

Another Question: Is a blank in the installation path (e.g. in the 
name of drive or Folder)?
