in Impress export to .ppt in M122

Just wanted to say that I have run across this issue just today trying to save
to PowerPoint under Linux.

Removing "needmoreinfo" keyword and corrected other internal fields.

set target from 2.x to 3.x according to
http://wiki.services.openoffice.org/wiki/Target_3x
