Reason: Usability

Implementation proposals:
- Either add an Accelerator to load the resultfile associated to the current
.bas file
- Add an option to the Settings to always load the resultfile with the .bas-file

Why this:
Currently there are two ways to open the resultfile from the testtool:
a) navigate with file-open
b) start the test and abort it immediately

Both solutions are not efficient. Reason:
a) Changes the workpath and forces lots of unneccessary navigation work
b) filss the resultfile with unwanted garbage

There is a third option, to open the resultfile:
Navigate to it with the operating system file browser and make a connection,
to open .res -files with the testtool.
