Currently it is only possible, to insert vertical and horizontal snap lines or a
snap point as a help for aligning objects. When one needs help for snapping
objects diagonally aligned, there is no effective help available. So one has to
set the objects manually, which is often enough copious and takes more time.
Therefore it makes sense to enhance the existing 'New Snap Object'-dialog with
functionality for inserting diagonal lines.

To grep the issues easier via "requirements" I put the issues currently lying on
my owner to the owner "requirements".
