Description pmstarr 2005-08-09 23:13:38 UTC
copy in right click copy M$ photo editor, then click in OOo and right click and
paste, in Drawing program this will lock it up everytime, for sure M122 version.
It locks so hard that one of my two processors goes to 100% use and I can not
even get to task mgr to cancel, so it is the press and hold power button three
times in m97 and 2 times in M122 loaded a few minutes ago. this is very bad
problem... when it locks the task mgr solid. The good thing is that is will
unlock after 10 plus minutes and quickly relock again unless you click cancl in
task mgr first.

Reproducible. Changing summary.
Comment 3 wolframgarten 2005-08-10 08:47:26 UTC
Reassigned. MS Photo Editor is part of the MS Office Tools....

@cl->wg: a p2 crash for OOo Later is questionable. I don't find MS Photo Editor
on my Office 2003 suite, is it only part of Office XP?

Please try if this is still reproducable, if so please attach a crash report id
and send this issue back to me. I change the target to OOo 2.0.1

This still kicks butt on m128. Serious!
It just bluntly reboots my machine.
The PhotoEditor is part of the MSOffice tools.

@cl->wg, the problem is that the ole is inserted with wrong size, that is
already fixed by internal bug 123637 for pp1, please verify
Comment 7 clippka 2005-09-16 12:05:46 UTC
set to fixed
Comment 8 wolframgarten 2005-09-16 12:06:28 UTC
Verified in internal build.
Comment 9 wolframgarten 2005-11-11 08:53:25 UTC
