Description biofa 2002-05-22 18:47:29 UTC
My system: win2k latest build, ati rage fury driver version: 5.13.01.3279
When I make a graph(3D) from a chart and the openGl option is ticked, OOo has
problems in refreshing that window. If you resize, minimize window or move the
graph from a part to another of window, there is no refresh at all. If you
don't use openGl for graph, it's all right.

Just to say I have this problem as well. Platform: Win98. Video Card: Matrox MGA G200
4.12.01.3020. Happens with any of the OOo component which use 3D graphics (Drawing
for 3D shapes, Calc for 3D charts ...)

Does the screen go black, because if it does. I get that in Linux
when using anything opengl. Even 3d cubes. If I click randomly and
by chance click on the graph and drag, I I can see the outline of the
chart area, but no more than that. I have no problem in Windows ME
however

Hi Fabio,

this is not an Issue regarding OOo, it's something with the OpenGL
Implementation of the Graphic Card driver. ATI and Matrox don't
support the full functionality of the OpenGL implementation.

Try to untag the checkbox 'Use optimized Output' under Tools - Options
- View in the 3D View Area.

Hope this helps.

I Have to close this one as invalid.
