Under Solaris SunRay, in version m106 and m115, the Basic dialog editor opens in
the background behind the current doc. 
1. Choose Tools - Macros - Organize Dialogs, then click New.
2. Enter a name or just click OK.
3. Click Edit. 
--> now the Basic dialog editor opens but is hidden by current doc, so you first
think nothing happened.
The issue does not exist on Windows, and it does not exist if you go through
Tools - Macros - Organize Macros - %productname Basic, then click Organizer,
Dialogs tab.

I could not reproduce this problem on SunRay with src680 m167 any more.
