Draw prints a gray dotted border around each page. If the document is exported  
as PDF, this does not happen.  
 
My OO build: 1.9.79.2.3 (OO 2.0-pre included with SUSE 9.3)  
  
I've also found the following entry in the german oo forum concerning the same

Please update to a more recent version, this problem is fixed in the meantime.
