open attached sxw in ooo 104
save as doc
close and open 
see that there is no table of contents (just a heading and some empty grey)

MRU->HBRINKM: there are two TOC's in the document, where the contents are
completely screwed up after export / re-import in Writer.
The first TOC beginning on page 2 seems to completely lose the connection to the
outline and the second on (in Chapter 2) should only consist of "Additional styles".

retarget this issue to OOo Later.
