On mouse over on icons, "Extended Tips" are a long description of "Tips".

It would be nice to repeat the short "Tips" in bold, before the "Extended" one.
This way, beginner could easly switch from "Tips" to "Extended Tips" with same
words.

Example :

Tips => "Format PaintBrush"

Actual Extended Tips => "Copies the formating of the selected text or object and 
applies the formating to another text, selection or object."

Future Extended Tips => "<b>Format PaintBrush</b> : Copies the formating of the
selected text or object and applies the formating to another text, selection or
object."

THis has nothing to do with api, changing component to ui.
