File/Wizards/Install new dictionaries...
OO open a new page with a reference to where it should be installed.
Dict. install doesnt't start.

After unistalling OO, running Crap Cleaner and deleting all traces of OO, I 
reinstalled it and the download of wordlist worked fine. 
You are asked where to save the installation program for wordlist, and if later 
OO installations differ from your previous saving destination, the wordlist 
crashes. 
Therefor it seem wise to save the wordlists within the "share" folder in OO.
