Apache OpenOffice (AOO) Bugzilla – Issue 49721
[oo 1.9.104]"undo" leaves style after "paste"
Last modified: 2017-05-20 11:08:30 UTC
Steps to reproduce: 1. insert new slide. Font "Times new roman" 2. paste text from Writer with written with font "Symbols" 3. click "Undo" 4. (bug) pasted text disapears, but now slide is in font "Symbols."
What do you mean with "Font "Times new roman"? Do you have this as default or do you set the font manually? Does your slide has a layout? Thanks in advance.
Font "Times new roman" is default font for content. But it does not matter which was font before. Problem appears in all layouts, in any textbox: title or content. Another example: 1. I have text document, text is writen with "Arial, 12pt" 2. I have presentation, Default "Times new roman, 32pt" 3. copy text from text document, paste to presentation 4. undo (ctrl+z) 5. pasted text disapears, but textbox in presentation remains with font "Arial, 12pt"
Where do you make the dault settings for the presentation doc? You said that it is "Default "Times new roman, 32pt"" but do you set the default by typing it into the text formatting toolbar or by chnaging the settings for the "default" style in the stylist (F11)?
I created new empty presentation. I did not made any changes in style of that presentation. Then pasted title of presentation from writer document to first slide. when i saw result, i made undo: text disapeared, but style of pasted text left. So i had to delete slide, and insert new. Another related problem - if i paste/undo text to list, i cannot remove that pasted style nor pressing delete button in line before corupted line neither pressing backspace in beginning of coruped line.
Reproducible.
