Reproduce Step :

1. Run SS8 Base
2. Select “create new database†and click Next. 
3. Click “Finishâ€
4. Type Any local database filename. And click “saveâ€
5. Choose “Table(A)â€.
6. Click “Use Wizard to Create Table...â€
7. Click “>>â€
8. Click “Finishâ€
9. Click “Formsâ€
10. Click “Use Wizard To Create Form...â€
11. Click “>>†and “Nextâ€
12. Click “Next†until “Apply Stylesâ€

Result : 

Style names of “Apply Styles†are not l10n’ed.

It seems the bug was not been i18n'ed.

1, Cann't find keyid in web-LingTool.
2, In SS8 of chinese, can find the same bug.

Verifed that the issue is fixed in the latest build.
