I can't create cws now.

EIS tells me:

An exception occurred while creating a new ChildWorkspace object!
The error message was: ORA-00001: unique constraint (CWS.UC_CHILDWORKSPACE_NAME)
violated

Could not insert into table
Data could not be saved


cmdline tools tell me:

Hi all,
Can't reproduce. I've created a new test-cws without problems. Pavel, there is a
cws called 'pj28' in the database (decription: Add Estonian to NSIS, export
DEFAULT_TO_ENGLISH_FOR_PACKING to the environment.). Have you tried out it
twice?!? This will lead into this error-message.

Please close this issue or if you have further problems let us know.

reopening.

I have tried pj28, yes. I have also tried the same with pj29. The same result
with pj2934534. I have the windows still opened, so changing the name is not a
problem.

pj28 is also not displayed after searching for pj%.

bug was introduced while fixing security holes of SOAP interface *sigh*, fixed now.
