Chinese and English words and characters were not enlarged in TCM testcase 
109225.

The test case is:
1.Create a Writer document, and the first character/word in the paragraph is 
an native language character.
2. Choose Format --> Paragraph and select the DropCaps tab. 
3. Check the Display dropcaps checkbox. 
4. Create a Writer document, and the first character/word in the paragraph is 
an native language character. 
5. Choose Format --> Paragraph and select the DropCaps tab.
6. Check the Display dropcaps and Whole word checkboxes. 
7. Create a Writer document, and the first character/word in the paragraph is 
an native language character. 
8. Choose Format --> Paragraph and select the DropCaps tab. 
9. Check the Display dropcaps and Whole word checkboxes. 
10. Enter the number of lines of the character size in Line.

Sorry, This is NOT a bug!
The Dropcaps functions correctly when a paragraph must have 2 lines or more.
