Menu opens in primary screen if using multiple monitors

I'm using 2 monitors. i have tested in Calc and writer. This Problem occurs if 
Openoffice Application is running in my secondary monitor.

As mentioned on the qa dev list on March 5th I will close all resolved duplicate
issues. Please see this posting for details. First step in IssueZilla is
unfortunately to set them to verified.
