Using the mouse, left button, hold down to drag, a cell cannot be dragged and 
dropped, unless you hit the sweet spot [the border for the cell]- which is near 
on impossible. Real pain in the #$@!

Hi Kostas,

D&D of cells works only with selected (highlited, black background)
cells. To select just a single cell press SHIFT and click the Cell.
Now wait a short moment and drag the cell into the place you want.

So I have to close this as Invalid.

PS Maybe this is an important feature for you, but the priorisation
with P1 is much to high. P1 means something like the whole application
is gone.
