How to reproduce the issue:

1. Go to 'Format > Page..."
2. For the 'Orientation' selection, select 'Landscape' and then select back
'Portrait'
3. The displayed graphic is not refreshed


Detected on Windows XP SP2, OOo 1.9.95

This problem is not only visible in DRAW, but a general ui issue in all OOo
modules; pls. see issue 54472!

All OOo applications are affected, so I think this is a framework bug.

And it is a regression from OOo 1.x to 2.x. Since this bug has been introduced
with OOo 2.0, I think it should be targeted to OOo 2.x.
