Insert the posted video via /insert/object/video.Play the presentation and
delete the video: Office dies.

Fixed,

deleting the shape caused impress to check if there was an animation on it.
Getting the XShape interface of the deleted uno object triggered
SvxDrawPage::CreateShapeByTypeAndInventor which gpf't as it used an empty page
pointer to get the storage.
