I created a duplicate of a sheet (Edit>Sheet>Move/Copy>Copy) which contained an
embedded OLE objec (with OOo Draw).   I saved the document, closed it and then
re-opened it.   The embedded OLE object was missing in the duplicate sheet.

The problem seems to be that when the OLE shape is cloned the new object does
not get a name (SdrOle2Obj::mpImpl->aPersistName). The name remains empty

mav->fst: Seems to be a duplicate of the issue 46812. Works well in "olefix" cws
for me. Please verify.
